On a pu l’entendre comme soliste au sein du Gavin Bryars Ensemble, du Edinburgh Contemporary Music Ensemble (ECMC, Écosse, RU), dans le Pierrot Lunaire de Schönberg au York Spring Festival of New Music (Angleterre, RU), dans la Harmonic Series du Light Show à la Hayward Gallery du Southbank Centre (Londres, Angleterre, RU). De plus, elle a créé plusieurs œuvres dans les festivals britanniques GEMdays, Rymer~Nights Series, Spitalfields Music Festival et Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival. Elle est aussi un membre ad hoc des BBC Singers et de Exaudi, ayant joué aux BBC Proms et au Aldeburgh Festival avec le Birmingham Contemporary Music Group (BCMG). On peut aussi entendre sa voix sur le livre audio Faust (mis en musique par Roger Marsh).

Peyee Chen travaille régulièrement avec de jeunes compositeurs, et elle a donné des cours de chant et des classes sur l’écriture pour la voix à la University of Huddersfield et à la University of York. Elle est bachelière de la Northwestern University (Evanston, Illinois, ÉU) depuis 2008 et a obtenu sa maîtrise avec distinction de la University of York (England, RU) en 2010.

Peyee Chen also works regularly with young composers and has given guest lectures and workshops on writing for voice at University of Huddersfield and University of York. She received her BMus degree from Northwestern University (Evanston, Illinois, USA) in 2008, and her MA with distinction from University of York (England, UK) in 2010.
